Thanks to the collaborative opinions of many computer marketers, designers, and engineers some insight was shared about what lab-tops/notebooks will look like in the future. Between now and 2015 it seems that personal notebooks will transition into even more ergonomical designs as touch screens become prevalent, solar energy a major power source, and even machines for the "blind" begin to surface employing 3d shapes and no screen at all.
Now these are basically still concepts, but like they say "Seeing is Believing". In the early 90's many of the features of current lab-tops/notebooks such as integrated pointing devices, speakers and webcams, were predicted in this same way.
